The mission
Every B2C professional service business that makes outbound calls is burning money on manual dialing, missed follow-ups, unoptimized sales scripts, and reps who quit after three months. PeakSend replaces that entire pain point with AI voice/SMS agents that sound human, qualify leads in real-time, and book appointments or live-transfer autonomously. Most importantly, we do this while consistently increasing conversion rates for our clients.
We believe in high standards, hard work, and helping others win. If that resonates, you’ll feel at home here.
Responsibilities
- Ship production features end-to-end across our TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure
- Own critical real-time voice, messaging, and analytics systems
- Forward Deployed Engineering: Assist with customized integrations and workflows for clients during onboarding
- Improve reliability, latency, observability, and developer velocity with measurable outcomes
- Help establish engineering standards and mentor the team we build around you
Who you are
- 5+ years shipping and operating production software at meaningful scale
- Early-stage experience (or built something from scratch inside a bigger one) and thrived in owning outcomes and problem solving
- Deep experience using AI coding agents and harnesses (e.g., Claude Code)
- Deep in at least one of real-time audio, PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure, or AI systems
- You communicate clearly, take ownership, and prefer shipping over ceremony
